Since 2016, our focus has been straightforward—help people see where their money goes and make decisions that stick. We started with spreadsheets and stubborn problems, and over time built tools that remove the guesswork from personal and business budgeting.
What we stand for
We believe tracking money should not feel like homework. Too many systems overwhelm users with unnecessary features or expect them to already know complex accounting principles.
Our approach is different. We design each lesson and tool to fit the way people actually think about money—starting with what comes in, what goes out, and what remains. No jargon walls. No buried features. Just clear paths to understanding.
Every module we create gets tested with real learners facing real budget challenges. If someone gets stuck, we rework the content until it flows. If a concept needs three examples instead of one, we add them. The goal is always comprehension, not completion rates.
The journey from workshop to platform
Where it started
Three accountants met in a shared office space in 2016 and kept hearing the same complaint from small business owners—budget software was either too complex or too limiting. After countless coffee meetings listening to these frustrations, we decided to prototype something simpler. The first version was rough, built in spreadsheets with manual formulas, but it worked. People could finally see their expense patterns without opening five different tabs.
Refining the method
What began as templates evolved into structured lessons. We noticed users had similar stumbling blocks—setting realistic categories, handling irregular income, planning for annual expenses. So we documented solutions, turned them into step-by-step guides, and started teaching workshops. The feedback loop was immediate. If a technique confused people during a session, we rewrote it before the next one.
